HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDERS?

Shipping Times
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase. We understand that you're excited to receive your new bedding or linens, so we work diligently to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.
For in-stock items, the estimated delivery time is typically 2-7 business days to most major cities. However, please note that remote or out of area locations may require additional time for delivery. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these cases.
Custom, Out of Stock, or Special Orders
If you're ordering custom, out of stock, or special items, the shipping times may vary. Shipping Fees
When returning a product to us, please note that all customers are responsible for the shipping costs. However, we do offer free shipping on select items across Canada at times. In the event of a return, we will issue a refund minus the shipping costs.

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
For Courier Eligible items we primarily ship via Canada Post given we ship to many remote and rural out of area locations across Canada. We also use Fedex, UPS, and Canpar. Feel Free to Contact Us to Learn More.
For larger items including Cabinet Beds, Organic Mattresses, and Larger Shipments that require to be on a skid including Adjustable Beds we mainly use Day and Ross and they have Terminals across Canada to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Depending on where you reside in Canada we will also use other carriers including Manitoulin, Maritime-Ontario, and Western Logistics to reduce shipping cost to our customers where we can.
Yes we offer Free Shipping when your order meets or exceeds $250 on courier eligible items. However we also have promotional Free Shipping on items under this amount as well.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY WESLEY ALLEN ORDER TO COME IN?
Wesley Allen are beautiful handmade beds from California. Typical lead time is 8 to 12 weeks. This is an approximation as the production on each frame varies.
Wesley Allen's "Quick Ship Program" as these models will generally ship within 6 to 8 weeks.
Our team will do our very best to keep you informed and you will always be notified prior to delivery.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A MURPHY BED AND A CABINET BED?
A Cabinet Bed is classified as a Murphy Bed by definition. Many customers ask that question as Vertical Murphy Beds is how most people classify a Murphy Bed but any hidden bed can be classified as one. A Cabinet Bed is Murphy Bed without the Installation or Anchoring Required.
The other differences are Cabinet Beds come with a Tri Fold mattress included where as Vertical Murphy Beds have the added cost of a mattress. Cabinet Beds offer excellent value for money.
